Student Support Center

Goal

Engage family and community partners to support the needs of our students and families by offering various supports during the Distance Learning and hybrid models, including academic supports, social/emotional and mental health supports, and connecting students and families to community resources.

Technology Support & Troubleshooting

If you need tech support, choose one of these options:

Hotspots can be provided to families who do not currently have quality internet access; please complete the hotspot request form.

Families should continue to follow the District's Family Use Agreement and Acceptable Use policy.

Support Center Information

IN-PERSON VISITS:

All student in-person visits will be by appointment only - All health and safety protocols will be followed to include:

  • Student drop off/pick up at the PLE main door at scheduled time(s)
  • Sign in at the table in the front entrance, use hand sanitizer 
  • Practice 6 ft. Social Distancing
  • Wear a mask at all times
  • Remain in your assigned area
  • Sign out of the building at the main entrance
     

VIRTUAL VISITS: 

All virtual visits will take place through Google Meets by appointment only. Staff will send Google Meet information prior to your scheduled time.
