Drop-Off Procedures

Student welfare, care, safety, and security is our highest priority. We take pride in providing safe travel for students to and from school. Our school day starts at 8:05 am and ends at 2:30 p.m.

Please take note of the following procedures for Morning Drop-Off and Afternoon Pick-Up and thank you for making Pilgrim Lane a safe environment for learning.

Please make every attempt to protect this learning time and avoid scheduling appointments or signing students out early. 

Morning Drop Off 7:55-8:05 a.m. 

As you enter the parking lot follow the traffic pattern to the back lane for drop off with adult guidance. When all the buses have finished dropping off students, cars will be directed to the curbside drop off lane as well. Students will enter the building , pick up an optional grab and go breakfast and go directly to their classroom.

Afternoon Parent Pick-Up 2:30-2:40 p.m.

Parents will not enter the building as in the past. As you enter the parking lot, follow the traffic pattern to the back lane. When all of the buses have pulled out, we will direct cars to fill in the curbside lane as well.

Important - Please have a piece of paper with your child's name, grade and teacher name written in large print posted on the passenger side dash. An adult will radio inside for your student to come to the car.
