STAGES THEATER "I CAN" STATEMENTS FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 11

Ms. Trudy will be working on:

K. I can use Letter Symphony to identify letter sounds. I can recognize alliteration.  

1. I  can tell the difference  between nouns and verbs. I can demonstrate listening and ensemble building skills. I can use my actor tools to demonstrate my understanding of nouns and verbs. 

2. I can use tableau to identify the beginning, middle and end of a story. I can use my imagination to create dialogue.

3. I can recognize character traits. I can use my actor tools to portray specific characters.

4. I can participate in collaborative conversations with diverse partners and peers. I can follow agreed-upon rules for discussions. 

5. I can work with a small group to create a play based off of a book. I can identify the setting, characters and main events of the story. I can use text from the book to create dialogue.
