How to Pay for a Lost or Damaged Book

***You may contact the classroom teacher for the amount.

Pay Cash

Send exact cash to school(we cannot give change) in an envelope with the STUDENT'S name on it and have your child bring it to the Media Center so we can process the payment.

Pay via Check

Make a check out to FAIR School Pilgrim Lane for the exact amount. Put "Book Replacement" on the memo line and send it to the Media Center.

• Book Barcode (this 8-digit number should be listed with the title of the overdue book)
