Materials Distribution for Distance Learners on Jan. 15

On Friday, January 15th, between 1:00-3:00 pm we will have our distribution of materials for students who remain in distance learning. Please let your teacher or Linda (763-504-8400), in the main office, know if you are unable to pick up your materials within the allotted time frame.  Student materials that are not picked up will be left in the front foyer which will be open until 5:30. The building will be closed on Monday, January 18th.  However, if you can not pick up your materials on Friday, they can be placed in the front foyer on Tuesday.  We hope to have all student materials picked up by Wednesday.

Please write on a piece of paper, in large, lettering, your child’s name (first and last), grade, and Distance Learning Teacher.  Place this paper on the dashboard on the passenger side of your car.  Please pull up to the front door and remain in your car.  A staff member will meet you at your car and deliver your child’s school materials. 

In the future months, distribution will be on the third Wednesday of each month. More details will be given as we near the third Wednesday in February.
