Important Update: How to Access Bus Route Information for 2025–26

Robbinsdale Area Schools (Rdale) is making an important change to how families receive student transportation information.

No More Postcards

In past years, families received bus stop and route information via a postcard in the mail. Beginning this year, Rdale will no longer send transportation details through postcards. This change follows current best practices among public school districts and helps us protect student privacy. It also allows the district to reduce costs.

 

Parent Portal Access Starts August 20

Instead, families can access all bus route details beginning August 15 through Parent Portal (Infinite Campus) at https://myportal.rdale.org.

If you need help logging in, visit our Tools for Families page for step-by-step guides and videos available in English, Spanish, and Somali. If you still need assistance with your login information, email registrar@rdale.org and be sure to include the name(s) of your student(s).

What is Parent Portal?

Parent Portal is the main hub for families to stay informed and involved in their student's education. Through the portal, you can:

• Check bus stop and transportation info
• View schedules, final grades, and transcripts
• Track attendance and behavior information
• Review health records and meal account balances
• ...and more - all in one secure place.
