FAIR Pilgrim Lane Elementary “I Love to Read Month” is excited to announce a special event that will take place in our classrooms on February 28th, 2024, at 8:15 am: our Parent Read Aloud Day!
This event is an opportunity for parents to engage directly with our students in a fun and interactive way by sharing their love of reading. We are inviting one parent per classroom to come in and read aloud to the students. We encourage parents to choose their favorite book or select one from the list provided. We're adding an extra element of excitement to the day by inviting parents to come dressed in costume to match the theme or characters of the book they will be reading. We believe this will make the experience even more memorable and enjoyable for our students. And….we are a Performing Arts School - so you fit into our model too!
