END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR MEDICATION REMINDERS

This is a reminder that any medication that is stored in the Health Office at FAIR School Pilgrim Lane and will need to be picked up by 2:00pm on June 1st. Any medication that is not picked up by the last day of school will be discarded as Pharmaceutical Waste per district policy. Inhalers and epi pens can be sent home in your student's backpack per parent request. 

Please notify the health office with the date you plan to pick up your medication or if you would like your inhaler/EPI send sent home in the backpack. 

If your student is attending summer school or Adventure Club, you are responsible for coordinating with that program and providing the medication for the summer.
