Action Needed: Parent Portal Annual Update for 2026-27 school year now open

Robbinsdale Area Schools (Rdale) has launched the Annual Update for the 2026-27 school year, available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. The Annual Update allows families to review and update important student information—including transportation preferences, parent/guardian contact information, emergency contacts, annual opt-outs, and more—all in one place.

Your action is needed: Complete the Annual Update for each student by Friday, July 31, 2026. Completing the Annual Update by the deadline helps ensure your family is ready for the new school year and allows you to access important back-to-school information later in August, including your student's teacher assignment, class schedule, and transportation information, as it becomes available.

To access the Annual Update:

1. Log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal
2. On the left side menu, select “More”
3. Then select “Online Registration”
4. Click “Existing Students and 2026-27 Annual Updates” and select “Start”.

Please note that the Annual Update is best completed on a laptop or desktop, as it may not work well on a mobile phone or tablet.

Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts for incoming Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) and kindergarten families are being activated this week. Families will receive an email with instructions on how to access their Parent Portal account when it is available. If you need assistance with your account after receiving this email, please reach out to registrar@rdale.org.

To ensure student records remain accurate and secure, the Annual Update should be completed by the primary parent/guardian identified during enrollment. Secondary parent/guardian accounts can view student information but cannot make changes to annual update information.

Transportation opt-in

Opting in to transportation is an annual requirement for all students—both those who need bus transportation and those who do not. Students who receive specialized transportation do not need to complete the transportation portion of the annual update survey. 

Even though all families must opt in to transportation annually for each student, it is important to note that every student who is eligible for and needs busing will be provided with transportation to and from school.

How to Log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal (https://robbinsdalemn.infinitecampus.org)

Infinite Campus Parent Portal is your central resource for staying connected to your student's educational journey. It provides secure access to important school information throughout the year, including schedules, transportation, grades, attendance, announcements and more.

Parent Portal accounts are created automatically when students first enroll in Rdale. Your username follows this format: [last name][first initial][last four digits of your phone number] (example: williamsd3006). Login details, including your username and password, were emailed to the address you provided at enrollment.

If you are new to Rdale and have never logged in, start at “New Parent - Claim Account” and follow the prompts.

If you need assistance with your account or help resetting your password, please reach out to registrar@rdale.org, or your student’s school. Please include the name of your student when emailing.

We recognize that language and technology barriers can sometimes make it difficult to access school information. Rdale has supports in place to help:

• Internet Access: If you don’t have reliable home internet, Rdale has WiFi hotspots available. Please fill out this form to request a hotspot.
• Language Services: Our Enrollment Center staff are available to assist families who need language support. Call 763-504-8080 for help.
