A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPALS

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for attending Literacy Night last week. The students had a lot of smiles - and the Book Share, art projects, and Book Walk (which turned into a Book Run) was a great time! Spike is always a hit and we hope you have a great memory photo. A special thank you to our PTO and parents for providing the volunteer time and funding for the event!

Conferences are here! We always look forward to meeting with our parents and students on the progress for the year. It is great to see such awesome growth at this time of the year! Teachers are eager to share this and to celebrate the successes of the children! Thank you for signing up and helping the teachers receive 100% attendance at conferences.

A reminder: It's important to clarify that we don't accommodate parent requests for specific teachers for the upcoming academic year. Engaging in such discussions with teachers at conferences is improper. We believe in the professionalism and expertise of our faculty to provide the best learning environment for all students. Thank you for your understanding.

This week we have the MN Wild at our school for a Wellness Program. This should be an energizing time (good luck to the teachers for the rest of the day). Our Grade 3 students are in the midst of presenting the Black History plays to the parents. Some of the students will even perform at Robbinsdale Middle School! Plus, Grade 3 will be visiting Orchestra Hall. Grade 2 is working with the Cowles Center and showing their dance moves! The school is "buzzing" with action!

Have a great rest of the week!
